Taken Cycles offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty

Taken Cycles guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two years from date of purchase. The limited warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. Taken Cycles will, at our discretion, repair or replace any frame or component that we determine to be defective.

The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, claimed defects, or failures that result from abuse, misuse, collision, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, product alteration of any kind, or labor costs associated with the warranty claim. Warranty excludes frames painted outside Taken Cycles. Damage to derailleur hangers is excluded from the warranty. 

Costs for third-party components requiring replacement are not covered by Taken Cycles. A warranty exchange does not extend the warranty period.  Taken Cycles does not provide compensation in any form during the warranty process. Frames sent to us for warranty claims need to be clean, with all third-party components removed. 

Crash Replacement

As riders ourselves, we are confident that our frames will hold up under normal riding conditions.

Taken Cycles may offer frames and components at a reduced cost for warranty claims outside our warranty policy. Taken Cycles offers this at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse this offer at any time. 

Taken Cycles 30 Day Return Policy

Taken Cycles offers the option to return any unused/unridden product in new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price. If item was purchased as pre-order, 30 day return policy is from date of shipment. If you are not happy with your product, contact us right away for a return authorization and we will issue a refund once your order is received and inspected. 

Shipping both ways will be at your expense and is non-refundable. Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging. We do not accept returns on parts that have been installed or used. Missing items will not be refunded.

If looking to return an item, please contact us to receive an RA number and address for return shipping. Please do not ship returns without prior authorization and RA number.

We are not responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse so we recommend insuring your shipment. Defective components become the property of Taken Cycles after replacement.
